Mr. Michael Yates, formerly known as Yeoman Petty Officer First Class served in the United States Navy as a professional Administrator for eight years, overseeing all managerial, administrative, financial, organizing, training, and future planning for numerous commands while focusing on customer service. Under his supervision, he processed $3.6 million dollars of government funding with zero discrepancies.

Petty Officer Yates is the recipient of numerous honors to include (5) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, (4) Sailor of the Year Awards, and (15) other service awards. Not only did he receive high accolades, he ensured everyone around him accelerated their careers as well professionally and personally.

After honorably serving the United States of America, Mr. Yates earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Production with a 3.5 GPA, achieving the Dean’s List and Honor Roll throughout his three-year course and followed it up immediately by completing his Master’s Degree in Business Administration focused in Technology Management with a 3.6 GPA.

Mr. Yates found his passion for Audio, Photography, and Video as a child and got his first shot with BET as an intern filming the Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, GA which led to him earning a position with Under Armour and scoring music for their media along with furthering his editing skills. He continued to sharpen his skills and landed his first Audio Production and Video Drone Operator recognition by Film Director Shan Williams getting a placement on Amazon Prime with her recent film “FunkyTown”. He has since certified as a Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Pilot and collaborated with ESPN, along with filming, directing, editing, and even creating instrumentals for an additional nineteen projects while also assisting three small business owners with creating websites from start to finish.

Yates, has volunteered with the Boys & Girls Club, JROTC, The University of Georgia, The American Red Cross, Foreign Cleanup Projects in Malaysia, and the Philippines. He has a proven record of success and dependability in political, media, governmental, and digital demands. He is California born and Georgia raised and a father to two young children.
