Uyen ‘wen’ is a former T.V. reporter and public affairs specialist for the Georgia Emergency and Homeland Security Agency. She has over 5 years of media and government affairs experience and has a passion for the art of storytelling.

She’s worked and collaborated with government officials on all levels, including local, state and federal agencies. She specializes in government relations with a focus on public safety and homeland security.

In 2019, when Atlanta hosted Super Bowl LIII, Uyen managed the coordination of public information for dozens of government agencies. She was also in charge of media management and public safety information during Hurricanes Irma and Michael, as well as several other natural disasters that have affected the state of Georgia in the last few years.

As a former reporter and public affairs specialist, she has the experience and advantage of understanding how the media works and using that to craft the message for public consumption.
